And so the peaceful moments of solitary fishing came to an end, Dariusz arrived and we fueled up with greasy burgers and cold beer in the relative civilization by the airport.

After a few hours of bonefishing, we headed home. According to Nordic protocol, the fishless Dane must follw the Norwegians heroes at the distance no less than 15 yards, just as on the flat. We were good hosts. Lars was a good apprentice, but a lousy tipper.

Soon the trio hit the flat, which was packed with fish, although not necessarily easy to catch. As a welcome greeting to our Danish friend Lars, I stole a bonefish going straight at him.
