A tree in far outer parts of the flat marked the spot where I early on spotted a large fish. Thereafter, I made it a point to walk all the way out there every day..

We had a long boring walk every day. Twice. Back and forth. Your feet sink down for every step. Luckily, I got in touch with the retard inside of the me, so I found the trek highly amusing every day! Woo hoo!!

White tops usually means horrible fishing, and just to make sure, the clouds covered the sun, making it next to impossible to spot anything.

The last day before the storm, the wind was already here with white tops across the flats. Fish was still there though, and here's Dariusz with a nice one! The angle of the line tells the story, this fish isn't coming in without a fight!

Two days after the storm there was still only sporadic contact with the big bones. This fueled quite a bit of frustration with Dariusz, and combined with a sunstroke, it was all set for a show on the flats..
